Travelling with a power bank: capacity, flights and care
Read the rated capacity properly, carry your power bank in the cabin and keep it away from heat.

Power bank capacity is written in mAh, but some energy is lost in conversion and transfer — so a power bank rated at the same capacity as your phone's battery will usually charge it less than one full time.
When flying, airlines generally allow power banks only in cabin baggage and set limits on capacity. Check your airline's rules before you travel.
Don't leave a power bank in a hot car or in direct sunlight, and if you're not using it for a while, top it up every so often.
Match the size to the trip: a slim model for a day out, more capacity for multi-day travel. A charge-level display makes planning easier.
